1 (16-ounce) bag frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (2-3 cups)
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping
2 cups frozen mixed veggies
1 (22-ounce) can cream of chicken condensed soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon thyme, fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups corn flakes
Garnishes:

To begin, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, hash browns, cheese, bacon, cream of chicken, mixed vegetables, thyme, milk, and salt.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch oven-safe baking dish.
Top with cornflakes and, if desired, a drizzle of shredded cheese.
Cover with foil, then bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil, baking for an extra 25 minutes.
Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes, garnish with green onions and parsley, then serve.
